On Wednesday of this week (April 21), OSU will hold its annual Ag Day at the Capitol.  I guess the official name is OSU DASNR (Division of Agriculture Science and Natural Resources) Day at the Capitol.  Since there is only a limited amount of space available on that day, folks who are interested in presenting something must apply.  Well, this year we applied to have an OSU viticulture and enology booth and were selected to present.  So, William McGlynn and I will head on down on Wednesday morning, set up our booth, and answer questions from 10am to 1pm.  We will have posters on our research and extension efforts as well as the personnel who are involved in the program.  We will have some handouts and a few handbooks to give away as well.  Jill Stichler has graciously donated some juice for us to share with whomever stops by and I invited Jim Skaggs to attend as well to answer some questions from an industry side.  Jim has been a research collaborator with us for a few years now.  Overall we hope to answer a lot of questions.  If any of you want to encourage your legislators to stop by for a chat or just to get a handout, please let them know we will be there on the east side of the Rotunda.
